Infamous for proclaiming its chicken pho recipe is “so delicious you’ll cry,” Pho Ga Tony Tony is expanding from Duluth and Norcross, Georgia, to Las Vegas’ Chinatown and importing a phở gà obsessed menu, “like you’ve never had before.”
The 3,420-square-foot corner space sits at the intersection of Spring Mountain Road with Valley View Boulevard and across the ample parking lot from The Halal Guys and Krung Siam Thai.
Roomy enough for a maximum occupancy of 96 inside, new signage should soon be added to the easy-to-spot building, expected to debut later this summer.
Serving a very compact menu, the phở gà or chicken pho is served with a choice of rice, egg, and fat rice noodles, prepared together in a bowl or with quarter, half, and whole chicken portions delivered on the side, ready to be dipped into a citrus sauce and then paired with the broth.
